*tetap sedar kebahagiaan ni hanyalah sementara... -.-'
today was a happy day indeed.. haha
firstly, sebab tak sangka sherry bagi review cam tu sekali.. :') thanks sherry.. ! so actually as usual, after every essay assignment (draft) submission, mr. afiq will told the students to make a review of the other student's essay before we actually submit the actual essay(typed) a.k.a peer review.. and for the first time today, i got such a pleasant comment/review from my classmate, sherry. i see her as the most talented person in english language, she's great on giving speech(even a spontaneous one), an awesome debater, fluent in essay writing and also respected by others for she is a down-to-earth person. ok, mungkin cukup dah appreciation ni.. haha.. (#voteforsherry, wuuhuu). so my essay that she marked look like this---->
BEST FRIEND: A COMBINED CATEGORY OF FRIENDS.
When
asked to a kid what best friends really means, what answers do you expect
spurted from his/her mouth? And what if you ask the same question to a
teenager? Would their answers be the same? Or even of the same denotation? Think
again. I once asked a six-year-old kindergarten boy whom was his best friend.
As been expected, he mentioned all his classmates enthusiastically. Counting on
with his fingers as he mentioned each name to make sure that he did not miss
any name. I felt his sincerity. But deep
in me, my heart said, “Boy, you’re just too innocent. You’re too young, too
dumb to actually realize all that.” Then I wonder if I ever said that to him,
he might say that, “You look very pathetic, Sis.” The question is, am I? Reminiscing the old me, when I was in
standard 1, I always thought that my classmates are all my friends and everyone
around me – who went to school with me, went for recess with me and spent most
of their time with me were all my best friends.
Quite a narrow perception of me, did not I? Yes, I would say. I went
through my kindergarten as if it was a breeze. I was in the cloud nine knowing
that I got a lot of best friends at that time. Everything that happened seems
perfect for me. Every moment was drawn flawlessly during my childhood years.
But why it is not like that now? Now I realized that I was too blind to see
through all that (the meaning of that so called best friend), too innocent to
be blamed for that perception though. I think I do feel Judith Viorst after
reading “Friends, Good Friends – and Such Good Friends”. The grown-ups would
probably understand this matter. To be proven, according to studies and
researches, human tends to form highest number of friendships at kindergarten
and primary level. However, one tends to have fewer friends as she/he grows
older and wiser. Regarding this statement, I believe that this is due to the
fact that there are good friends and bad ones. There are also actually various
type of friendship exist in our life and not just friends and best friends.
Judith Viorst helps me to come with this conclusion.
*she even wrote "love it! <3" at the end of this paragraph.. danggg..! sherry~~ terharu tahu.... :') thanks sherry, u'd motivate me through that. ye lah, dapat awesome compliment from people who u respect kot..ni intro je.. senanya essay tu 1,437 words (fuhh.. perit kot nak siapkan)
people might say that 'alaahh.. baru kawan sendiri kot yg review, dah happy macam ape je..' but for me ,it's such a great achievement for myself. people might not know how much effort that i'd put. k ah sherry, kalau mr. afiq tak ambik balik ketas tu aku nak fotostat n frame je! haha.
Ok then, that's basically the first thing that makes me delighted today. the next thing that successfully continues my happiness and blew away my boredom was bcs that person had just dusted off his blog.. ngeh.. haha.. nothing much to say about this one..btw, trimassss..
